What To Expect
Upon arriving, each child and parent will be seen by the staff and Dr. Jay who will acclimate you to our office. Dr. Jay will spend some time getting to know you and your child prior to the initial examination. He will then thoroughly examine your child with the parent(s) present. He will invite you over to the chair to look in your child’s mouth so that you can better understand the existing orthodontic issues. If Dr. Jay determines it is necessary, a staff member will take the photographs and x-rays required to make a full diagnosis.
